Our clients had recently purchased this property and engaged Thames Design & Build to design and construct a substantial extension, significantly increasing the house’s size. This was achieved through a ground-floor wraparound extension, a first-floor infill extension, and a completely new roof structure, raising the ridge height and incorporating dormer windows. These changes created space for a master bedroom suite with a dressing room and en-suite, as well as a dedicated study. The project included the installation of four new bathrooms, full house refurbishment, new wooden casement windows, and bespoke fitted furniture in most rooms. Externally, we constructed a large porcelain-tiled patio with feature brick panels.
