A fixed price quote
Following our site visit and our initial discussions with you, we will be able to give you a preliminary estimate of costs. We will then prepare a detailed Schedule of Works, which in turn will enable us to give you a fixed price quote for your project.
Where finishes (e.g. kitchen/bathroom fittings, tiles, flooring, etc) are yet to be determined, we will use provisional figures, and these will be highlighted. You may of course request changes as the project progresses, and where these have an impact on costs we will quantify this for you - complete peace of mind, and no surprises!
Registered subcontractors
We have both an in-house team of professionals and a number of sub-contractors with whom we work regularly. Our electricians and heating/plumbing engineers are, of course, fully registered and approved. All gas and electrical work will be fully certificated.
Building Control
We will liaise with the Local Authority Building Control Officer throughout your build, ensuring that sign-offs are in place at appropriate stages, and that you receive your Building Completion Certificate once the work is finished.
Communication
We believe that the key to a successful and stress-free construction project is communication. We will set up regular on-site meetings to discuss progress, and at any other time we are only a phone call away.
