This client had an old and dilapidated conservatory which was unusable as it was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.
The brief was to extend over the area of the conservatory and open up the rear of the property to create a new kitchen/dining/living space.
We worked with the client from start to finish, from drawing up the initial designs, through to submitting a Planning Application, Building Regulation Approval and the building work.
