Mr & Mrs Al – Bayaa came to us with some Planning Permission drawings which a family member had prepared for them. There was a contentious issue with these plans from a Planning perspective and we worked with the client and the Local Authority to overcome their concerns and achieve grant of Planning Permission.
We subsequently prepared all the detailed drawings and structural design which enabled us to provide a fixed price for the Building work. Once the project was completed, the property had been transformed from an outdated 2 bedroom house to a large four bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and an open plan living arrangement on the ground floor.
