If required, we can start your extension design process without you having to leave home or have us visit you:
Most of us are staying at home these days, and for the time being that of course applies to our Architectural Design team. That doesn’t mean though that we can’t start or progress your project...We are set up to respond remotely to your enquiry and to use video applications to move your project along just as before. We can meet with you via FaceTime, Skype or Messenger. So why not use this time to get your plans done, and be ready to get going on your build once normality returns?
If you would like to take advantage of this facility, the suggested process is:
1.
Have a good look through our website – in particular, our Completed Projects page may help you to formulate ideas for discussion.
2.
To discuss your thoughts or concerns, or to receive a Design quote, please contact us via info@thamesdesignandbuild.com, or call us on 020 8398 9252
(your message will be picked up and we will respond within 24 hours).
We will contact you to set up a remote meeting, free of charge.
3.
We will provide you with a Design quote, and if you decide to proceed we will help you to provide us with measurements and photos which will enable us to begin the process.
4.
Each stage of the Design process can then be conducted by video/phone. Our Designers will ensure that the end product is something that you are completely happy with, and when you are ready to source a quote for the construction we will be happy to provide one (you are of course free to take your Designs to any builder of your choice).
